Pre-Trip Information

Before volunteering with Re-Member, please review the following information.

Completing your reservation

Following your consultation with our volunteer trip coordinator to select your volunteer week, Re-Member will begin the reservation process by sending the volunteer trip leader a Reservation Agreement and deposit information while holding your spots for one month.

Volunteer trip leader

The trip leader is the delegate for each volunteer party responsible for submitting payment, paperwork, and maintaining communication with Re-Member.

Pre-trip registration forms

Download the Volunteer Registration Packet, fully complete, and return the registration forms by the deadlines outlined in your reservation agreement, and on the each form. Keeping a copy of each form in your possession is recommended.

Pre-trip Education & Background Information

Each trip leader is also responsible for preparing their volunteers for the Re-Member experience. We have produced an extensive document to assist in this goal; and all volunteers are encouraged to carefully review the Volunteer Registration Packet. If there are still questions after reviewing the printed material, please contact the Volunteer Trip Coordinator.

We encourage all volunteers to find us on Facebook, where you’ll be able to view video updates from Re-Member, news posts, and photographs from fellow volunteers.
