May Update

With our Feather II gardens well established, we have more reason than ever to be hopeful about the growing season that is now upon us.

The wonderful thing about hope is that it has no age, no days to count. It does not know the past or the future. It is ours to cultivate and to harvest. Just like the fresh produce in our gardens. After a long winter, there is something so tangible about the hope of the warm sun pouring down as the first sprouts of the season emerge from the soil. Those sprouts, so determined to grow, remind us to be hopeful too.

The growing season, now underway, is a time of renewal and anticipation, and a time to discover the good things that can happen when sunshine and generosity are combined.

Your support on “Growing Tuesday,” May 2 will ensure a successful gardening season, and allow us to complete several important projects at our gardens, including the hiring of additional local staff.

Be an early supporter with your gift today!

Your tax-deductible donation will provide additional funding to grow our community gardening program.
